We provide up to five (5) food servers, all of whom have current food handler's permits for the Kansas City Metropolitain area. The Polynesian ambience is strong when a true Polynesian person is in the front lines serving your guests. They dress in traditional polynesian attire; wahine (ladies) usually wear a Puletasi (Samoan) or a Mumu (Hawaiian). Kane (men) wear aloha shirts and black slacks. This option always adds a great feature to your party, and your guests leave with a smile, and will remember their experience....
